Rain gauge and pluviometer for precision measurement of rainfall amount, accumulation and rate. Applications - Meteorological Station, Storm Water Management, Catchment Hydrology
The light Sensor Meter measures global solar radiation or photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). The Light Sensor Meter (LSM) can support up to 10 x pyranometers (PYR, SK-08), PAR (QSO-S) and linear PAR (LINPAR) sensors. The LSM can automatically calculate intercepted radiation by a plant canopy.
PAR is the region between 400 to 700 nm – the region most important for photosynthesis. PAR values range between 0 μmol m-2 s-1 at night to 2000 μmol m-2 s-1 in full sunlight.
PAR within plant canopies. The LINPAR is designed for the measurement of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) within plant canopies. There are 33 sensors that are mounted within a 1 metre anodised "U" section tube.

Solar radiation is typically measured between the wavebands 300 to 3000 nm which accounts for up to 90% of solar radiation at the earth’s surface. A solar radiation sensor is called a pyranometer and measures values from 0 W m-2 (at night) to 2000 W m-2 (extremely bright day).

Wireless and Telemetry Logging
ICT offers a variety of solutions for data logging from almost any sensor. We can log at intervals from seconds to hours, collect the measured data and store it for later retrieval. The data can then be transmitted wirelessly to offsite destinations using the cellular network.
